Universal EPA certification
Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months
HAZWOPER 24 hrs. Training required/Respirator Fit Test/Physical
Obtain RETA Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO) certification within 6 months of employment.
High school diploma or GED
HVAC / R tech school preferred
Must possess a valid state Driver's License and provide proof of liability coverage meeting company standards
RETA Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) certification
Four years of industrial HVAC / R experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Experience working in offshore or heavy industrial environments (oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, etc.)

Proven ability to interpret client specifications, technical data sheets, and coating system requirements
