Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies (Lean 6 Sigma, Poka-Yoke, 8D, SPC, DOE, PFMEA, DFMEA, DMAIC).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Expert knowledge of Quality Management Systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS, including IMS internal auditing.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
5+ years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Customer Satisfaction.
Previous experience leading internal and external audits.
Experience with digital solutions for MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for traceability and Digital SPC (Statistical Process Control) software.
Familiarity with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements (ANSI, NEMA, IEC).
Knowledge and understanding of low-voltage electrical gear preferred.
SAP knowledge preferred.
Strong digital mindset with the ability to promote and leverage digital quality platforms.
Project management experience preferred.
Experience deploying automated and digital solution to drive quality excellence. Ex: Vision System, Digital micrometers, 3D scanners, Digital Optical comparators, IM Machines
