Current unrestricted Texas RN license or compact license
BLS certification
IV Certification
1+ years of experience in home health care or related environment
Wound care experience
Proven developed computer skills
Ability to move and transfer patients
Driver's License and access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and/or patient sites within a designated area
This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctor's diagnosis of disease

Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) - Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - AHA ACLS must be completed within 60 days of hire or transfer into role
AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) - AHA NRP must be completed within 60 days of hire or transfer into role
S.T.A.B.L.E. - Must provide proof of prior completion or obtain within 6 months of hire or transfer date into unit
