High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hand soldering or electronic assembly

Strong proficiency in hand soldering small, delicate components and sub-assemblies
IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification (current or expired) preferred
Read, understand, and follow written SOPs, work instructions, manufacturing travelers, and production documents
Inspect and verify PCB assemblies for solder quality, placement accuracy, and workmanship using microscopes and measuring tools
Identify and perform touch-up, repair, or rework of solder joints and PCB assemblies as needed
Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and in accordance with production requirements
Understand basic principles of PCB components, soldering processes, and electronic assembly techniques
Use computers and production-related software to log work, review documentation, and record data
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations
