At least two years of harness‑board experience
Strong proficiency with crimping tools
The ability to perform continuity and insulation testing
Soldering
Torque verification
Sit or stand at the harness board for up to 10 hours per shift
Must be able to lift up to 30 lb
Work safely in a production environment
Must have strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings and procedures.
Must be able to build complex assemblies/ racks using drawings or detailed work instructions.
Successful candidate must have strong defect recognition skills
Proficiency in cable routing per interconnect diagrams and drawings is required.
