Completion of Nurse Practitioner accredited program
Current state RN/NP license or ability to obtain by start date
Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the ability to obtain national certification and/or NP license in state of assignment by start date
Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations (unless prohibited in state of practice)
Driver's license and access to reliable transportation; if you are driving a vehicle, you must comply with all the terms of the Optum Motor Vehicle Safety policy
Knowledge of long-term care, community resources and cost-effective alternatives regarding patient care delivery systems
