Read blueprints and engineers specifications
Stainless Steel TIG welding
Weld metal parts on a production line using welding gun or gas or arc welding equipment
Connect hoses and turn valves to release fuel gas and oxygen to ignite mixture
Insert weld rod into portable holder
Guide torch along weld line to bend, melt, or build up metal
Fuse parts together, seal tension points, and add metal to build up parts
Correct malformation in parts and hammer out bulges or bends
Maintain cleanliness in assigned area
Maintain all safety standards
Ability to work in a demanding, multi-task environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent time management skills
Good organizational skills
Proficient basic math skills
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Thorough ability in welding various materials
