Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Minimum of **7 years** of progressively responsible environmental compliance experience in industrial wastewater, manufacturing, chemical processing, or other regulated industrial environments
Experience supporting environmental compliance across multiple facilities or geographic regions
Demonstrated experience conducting environmental compliance audits and supporting regulatory inspections
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including industrial pretreatment, wastewater permitting, SPCC, and stormwater requirements
Experience developing and implementing corrective actions, conducting root cause analyses, and resolving compliance issues
Strong technical writing skills with experience preparing regulatory correspondence, compliance reports, and audit documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively partner with operations and executive leadership
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel approximately **50%** , including overnight travel as needed
