Ability to provide leadership, training to direct reporting personnel as required

Proficiency in process control tools (SPC, Process Capability Analysis, audits, MSA, FMEA, etc)
BS degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering with hands-on Quality manufacturing experience preferably in the aerospace industry; Master's degree (Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Aerospace Engineering) preferred
