Prepare samples for external testing
Perform peer review of laboratory data
Create or revise work instructions, and data logbooks
Interpret and communicate data trends to assist with CAPA
Perform and maintain rapid vs reference method monitoring
Ensure compliance to alllaboratory LI's and GI's
Collects data independently or as part of a team and can present a data summary using Excel and charting
Review and manage result reports from external laboratory testing
Utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot all testing/sampling and instrument abnormalities to ensure proper reporting of results
Evaluate method validation/verification data and write final reports
Maintain lab instruments. Perform troubleshooting and minor repair
Order and maintain laboratory supplies
Develop, validate, and implement new analytical methodologies
Associate Chemist
Perform routine tests and laboratory analyses
Provide support for the Compliance/Contaminant testing programs, Keeping Quality, and Stability programs
Understanding and implementing all relevant laboratory compliance systems and procedures
Implement method validations/verifications
Review laboratory data and conduct investigations of out of specification or out of trend results
Research, develop, and implement new analytical methods and instruments
Understand and apply all NQAC requirements to ensure compliance to standards
FT / 12-hour alternative shifts 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Create and maintain control charting with Excel or QStat programs
Interpret and implement analytical methods
Provide support for the compliance/contaminant testing, keeping quality, and stability programs
Monitor conformance to internal control plans
The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $23- $24.14
