Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience
Experience in a Quality Control Laboratory setting
Knowledge and understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FDA/EU guidance related to the QC laboratory
Adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure accurate, complete, and inspection-ready reports
Proficient in performing technical writing (e.g., deviations, investigations, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment with supervision.
Requires ability and flexibility to accommodate shift schedule (if needed) and unplanned overtime (including nights and weekends) on little to no prior notice
Requires up to 10% of domestic travel

Immunology experience required
Minimum 5+ years of hands laboratory experience
Extensive experience in designing, validating and executing cytokine and soluble analyte-based assays on cell culture supernatants and/or patient sera and plasma
Pharma or Biotech experience required
Experience with GxP and GCLP lab environments, workflows, SOPs and procedures
Competency, and ability to work with cell-biology techniques, such as flow cytometry, microscopy, tissue culture, ELISAs, and Incucyte
Candidates with experience developing and executing either high-dimensional flow cytometry and/or in vitro tumor-immune assays will be given strong preference
Proficiency with Xponent FlexMap 3D software, Spotfire and R Python is a plus
High level of motivation and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
