Production Supervisor
Full-time Shift Supervisor for their manufacturing operations
Lead safety, quality and productivity of the production areas ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining cost of goods sold to budget plans
Supervising the daily operation of assigned department(s), including the daily management of staffing levels (direct/contract) and budget accountability to accomplish plant objectives in an effective and efficient manner
Providing necessary training and reinforcement to workforce to ensure they understand and can apply the skills required to produce quality products
Actively analyze department performance against metrics and identify opportunity for continuous improvement
Creates, posts and communicates to ensure everyone understands their role in achieving plant commitments

High School diploma or equivalent required
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a mechanical-related field
Complies with all requirements of Quality System in accordance with ISO9001.
Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries.
This is a production classification and employees work in a factory environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, chemicals, heavy equipment and machinery.
Accurate hand/eye coordination is required.
Finger dexterity is required, as well as hand strength, with the ability to grasp, lift, push and pull.
Work involves considerable standing, stooping, bending, or sitting for long periods of time.
May lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Push/Pull approximately 20 lbs.
Solid understanding of mechanical and hydraulic assemblies, including basic testing procedures.
