Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial painting applications.
Possession of reliable transportation and a consistent record of professional attendance.
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage job site logistics with minimal supervision.
Proven expertise in applying oil-based and latex coatings with precision brush and roll techniques.
Location: Northeast Ohio (Onsite).

2+ years of carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction preferred
Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials accurately
Frame walls, install doors and windows, build structures, and complete detailed interior finishes
Install cabinetry, trim, flooring, drywall, and other structural components
