Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipyard, marine, or industrial safety operations.
Demonstrated working knowledge of OSHA Shipyard Employment Standards (29 CFR 1915).
Valid Confined Space Competent Person certification, or the immediate ability to obtain it.
Hands-on experience operating gas detection and atmospheric monitoring equipment.
Physical ability to work at heights, enter tight confined spaces, and perform duties in varying outdoor weather conditions.
