On-site customer support and document all service resolutions
Independent installation of access control systems, security cameras, and alarm systems
Ability to read technical drawings and perform standard system integrations
Maintain clean, organized work environments and adhere to safety standards
Follow company SOPs and document all completed work in project management tools
Collaborate with senior technicians and supervisors to ensure successful project execution
Ensure proper care and use of tools, vehicles, and equipment
Troubleshooting & Support in the field, diagnose and resolve standard technical and connectivity issues
Mentor and guide junior technicians (Tech I) in installation techniques and safety practices
High School Diploma or GED required
Escalate advanced technical issues appropriately to senior staff
5+ years of experience in access control, low-voltage systems, or IT/network installations
Complete cabling, conduit work, wire termination, and hardware mounting with precision
