Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
5-7 years of proven project management experience.
PMP or PMI certification.
Demonstrated experience in people management and team-building.
Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable, exercising sound judgment in changing environments and managing competing priorities effectively.
Strong ability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate effectively with business partners at various organizational levels.

Ability to independently own and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.
Comfortable working with development and project management platforms.
Strong technical writing skills.
Demonstrated consistent quality of work, transferable skills across multiple projects, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining full-time availability.
