Certification: Must possess (or be eligible to obtain) an LCV Driver Training Certificate as required by 49 CFR §380.401.
Safety Record: A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations or preventable accidents within the last 3–5 years.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: • High School diploma or equivalent degree required
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the "Bridge Formula" and axle weight distribution for multi-trailer setups
