Current OH Certified Medication Aide Certification, CMA
Current, active OH Certified Nursing Assistant CNA/STNA Certification. Must be on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
Licensure/Certification:
Ohio active CMA (Certified Medication Aide) certification, CPR and active Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records; PCC experience highly preferred
Education: High school diploma desired
Experience: At least 12 months of direct care as a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA practice desired; long term care experience preferred
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to change.
Must be detailed oriented and have excellent literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities.
Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress related to working with persons who are ill, disabled, elderly and/or emotionally upset.
