5+ years of electronics and/or electromechanical work experience
Onsite role 100%
Shift: 8hrs/day, 5days/week, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Flexible)
Experience with various hand tools, screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, pliers, etc.
Experience with soldering
PCBA through hole and SMT certifications and experience is a plus
Fabrication skills such as using a hand drill or drill press a plus
Familiarity with production and product lean principals a plus
Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including Bill of Material (BOM), schematics and optical layouts
