The Merchandiser is responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores.
A company-issued phone will be provided with a programed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.
Full-time
5:00 am until work is finished
5 scheduled shifts per week
Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift and move within the described physical requirements

Technical certificate, associate degree, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience.
2-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly environment (modular, electrical, or industrial preferred).
Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a factory environment and supporting hands-on builds.
Willingness to learn lean manufacturing principles and manufacturing engineering concepts.
Strong communication skills and willingness to provide constructive feedback to engineering teams.
Ability to follow procedures, document work, and support process discipline.
Prompt, punctual, and regular attendance during core business hours, in an office environment (not a telecommuting position), currently located in the Aurora, including a reliable means of transport to and from work.
Ability to occasionally travel between corporate offices and jobsites within the Greater Denver Area, during work hours.
