Must own tools applicable to position
Ability to travel weekly to support business needs
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
Employment is contingent on passing a background check

7+ years of experience in mechanical construction, building systems, facilities management, HVAC service, or related technical industries.
Prior experience as a Service Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Account Manager, or Technical Solutions professional.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Proven experience developing project scopes, budgets, estimates, and customer solutions.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Knowledge of local building codes, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience utilizing estimating software, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
