Field Service Engineer (FSE) focuses on the maintenance, repair, and installation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and fixing technical issues with semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Installation and Configuration: Setting up new equipment and configuring existing systems
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition
Customer Support: Providing training and support to customers on equipment usage
Collaboration: Working with engineers and other teams to address technical issues and ensure equipment reliability
Process Optimization: Contributing to the optimization of manufacturing processes
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies

Must own tools applicable to position
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
EPA 608 certification is preferred. If you do not already have the certification, you should be able to obtain it within 6-12 months of employment
High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Field Technicians may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement
This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
Employment is contingent on passing a background check
