Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and automation systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 operation.
Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety practices, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
