Minimum of 7+ years of advanced experience in commercial masonry leadership.
Proven track record of running multi-million dollar masonry projects from start to finish.
Expert-level proficiency in reading blueprints, interpreting specs, and performing full-building layouts.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and “own the job” without day-to-day oversight or micromanagement
