1-2 years of previous retail experience in the area of the front-end preferred
Specialized Knowledge: Working knowledge of all aspects of front-end operations, as well as the ability to make decisions and provide effective leadership.
Special Skills: Very strong customer service skills, communication, management/leadership skills, strong decision-making skills, conflict management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Physical abilities: Constant amounts of standing, walking, lifting/carrying loads up to 35 lb, stooping, reaching, handling, talking, and hearing
Other: Working knowledge of all store systems, including POS, receiving, LMS, pallet jack certification, etc.

Standing: Prolonged periods of standing on production floor (up to 8–10 hours per shift)
Walking: Frequent walking around production and packaging areas
Lifting: Occasionally lift and move products or materials up to 25–50 lbs
Bending/Stooping: Regular bending to inspect lower-level machinery or products
Reaching: Frequent reaching over and around equipment or conveyors
Climbing: Occasionally climb steps or ladders to access equipment or inspection points
Repetitive Motions: Repetitive hand and arm movements when conducting tests or entering data
The candidate must have his/her own reliable transportation
Production duties are ongoing at three different locations (all within 2 blocks of each other)
Employees need to be able to drive to their work location, especially in inclement weather
Work duties may include working in one building for part of the workday and working in another building for the remainder of the day
Good work ethic, ability to work independently, flexibility (overtime is sometimes required)
