PhD in Immunology, Neuroscience, Cell Biology, or a related field with 0–3 years of postdoctoral or industry experience OR Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 4–7 years of hands-on laboratory research experience
Demonstrated experience in neuroimmunology, including knowledge of immune cell biology in neurological or ophthalmic diseases
Proven expertise in assay development and troubleshooting, with the ability to independently design, optimize, and validate experimental protocols
Proficiency in ELISA/MSD for quantitative protein detection and multiplex analysis
Experience with cell culture, including maintenance and passaging of adherent cell lines as well as iPSC-derived cell types
Experience working with primary immune cells (e.g., isolation, activation, and functional characterization)
Ability to work independently in a laboratory setting, managing experiments with minimal supervision while maintaining rigorous scientific standards
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
