Experience with, and ability to use, various computer systems and software
Ability to use various types of equipment including rivet guns, hand riveters, pneumatic drills, pneumatic sanders, hand tools, pressure testing systems, calipers, height gauges, nut plates, and fasteners, as well as various types of adhesives, Nomex, foam, and paint
Requires communication skills both written and orally in the English language.
Good mathematics skills required
Must maintain the confidentiality of all projects, customers, and techniques of RMB Products.
Requires a flexible and cooperative attitude, including when asked to perform other duties or tasks that are not listed within this job description but within the scope of this position.
Ability to correctly use measuring devices and shop fundamentals
Requires excellent safety practices, which includes keeping a clean work area.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and customer provided specifications.
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
