Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic tools to complete recalibrations and trouble-shoot issues

Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Halo Rule – do not come within 3 feet of a running machine or 6 feet of a moving machine.
Only approved utility knives may be used on the floor.
Cell phones can interfere with safety and productivity and should never be on the warehouse floor unless you have been given permission for a specific event.
Closed toe shoes must be worn on the floor.
Background Review
Daily Checklists must be completed for the lift you are operating.
Cell phones should only be used on break and lunch periods.
Any previous DUI (Disqualify for Clamp Operator)
Unless certified by LX Pantos, you may not operate a forklift.
Misdemeanor are OK if outside of 5 years.

Smoking is a smoke free environment.
Each employee needs to wear a safety vest while on the floor.
Seatbelts must be worn when operating a lift truck.
The required PPE, Safety goggles and gloves are available for changing propane tanks, request from your supervisor, when needed.

Weekday training required: Wednesday (5:00am- 6:30pm) Thursday-Friday, 5:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force on a frequent basis and/or up to 75 pounds of force occasionally to move objects
Training will continue until the weekend shift launches (target: June 2026)
