This position has a starting pay range of $15.15 to $15.65 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business
Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
Other duties as assigned
Possesses excellent customer service skills
Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
Works effectively with peers and supervisors
Retail customer experience preferred
