Minimum of one year of hands-on experience operating CNC lathe and mill machines.
High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience and/or formal technical training.
Ability to comply with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and related documentation to ensure products meet required standards.
Ability to edit and adjust existing CNC programs.
Experience with quality inspection and metrology, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, dial indicators, and visual inspection methods.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, routings, and shop aids.
Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and basic computer literacy.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while making timely decisions.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis with consistency and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, up to 20 hours per week as needed.
