Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, tactics, and employees within a team.
Strong knowledge and skills within manufacturing and an understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
Provide support at configuration control board meetings.
Interface with vendors and outside sales personnel to evaluate, cost estimate, and select purchase parts.
Develop and implement Lean-based standards for manufacturing processes that can be used to assess yield, rework, and scrap of products produced by the company.
Ensure conformity to internal safety practices and regulations as well as coordinate company's safety efforts with outside regulatory bodies.
