Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or similar and 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment using Continuous Improvement and Lean principles.
In absence of a bachelor's degree, an associates degree or technical certificate and ten years of related engineering and manufacturing experience.
