Must have prior aerospace or defense industry experience
Must be able to interpret quality control specifications, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and wiring diagrams, in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of SMT and soldering processes, including experience with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 certifications
Experience with SMT equipment and processes, including solder paste printing, component placement, reflow and AOI inspection
Solid understanding of DFM, DFT principles and applications
Minimum 3+ years of electronics manufacturing services work experience is preferred
Working knowledge of AS9100 compliant Quality Systems and AS9102 quality reporting requirement
Bachelors in an engineering discipline or equivalent work experience is preferred
