Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field preferred).
0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in fiber‑optic or wire & cable manufacturing is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems, engineering tools, or basic data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab) is an advantage.
