Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
2+years of experience in additive manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or a hands-on production environment.
Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to execute repeatable processes.
Familiarity with 3D printing or additive manufacturing concepts; LPBF experience is a plus.
