Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures
Follow company and local guidelines with regards to the sale of any restricted merchandise items (i.e., alcohol, tobacco)
Maintain an organized and clean work area

Experience forecasting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals for the department and for individual sales consultants, providing them with the support to meet these goals.
