Provides hardware verification, reporting, and audits through DCIM tools
Installs, maintains, and recommends improvement to enterprise-class structured cabling and equipment racking, insuring that they are available 24x7x365 without interruption

Expertise of IT infrastructure operations and understanding of component parts including: wide and local area networking, fiber and copper cabling, cable management, servers, blade chassis, storage, and backups
Ability to communicate intelligently and effectively with contractors performing maintenance or upgrade work on systems installed in a conditioned space environment
Knowledge and understanding of Data Center air flow, mechanical and electrical systems used in conditioned space environments including: generators, UPS systems, PDU/ATS units, chillers, air handling units, and CRAC units
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations (networking, fiber/copper cabling, cable management, servers, storage, backups)
BICSI, NEC, OSHA, A Plus, Cable plant infrastructure certifications, Cable plant testing certification
Pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00/hr
Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Tukwila,WA
Knowledge of data center HVAC, airflow, mechanical, and electrical systems (generators, UPS, PDU/ATS, chillers, AHUs, CRAC units)
Supports the continuous improvement cycle using approved Site Ops & Eng principals
Support and communicate customer requests through established ticketing and workflow systems
Ability to provide detailed informational reports
Participates in critical incident resolution, on-call rotation, carries a cell phone, and ensures availability during specified hours of coverage
Expertise of environment and infrastructure management software
Responsible for capacity management, which will include tracking and planning to support current and forecasted enterprise deployments
Education/certifications: BICSI, NEC, OSHA, A Plus, Cable plant infrastructure certifications, Cable plant testing certification
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Tukwila, WA
3+ years of relevant infrastructure IT experience, including large infrastructure implementations
3+ years operating data center facilities, including maintenance activities
Ability to work effectively to build relationships with business and/or clinical management, peers, and technology staff
Proven ability to organize multiple projects, schedules, and meet shifting priorities
