8-10 years progressive experience in Quality or related areas including a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience required
Experience with standards and procedures required to achieve and maintain industry quality certifications (i.e., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)
Experience with mid volume/high mix electronics assembly
Knowledge of multiple problem-solving methods (i.e., 5-Why, Ishikawa, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiment, etc.)
Knowledge of gauging and test methods.
Experience with external customer and supplier relationships required
