Cable/Harness Assembly in Aerospace and Military Applications
Connector Assembly Experience in Commercial and Military Applications
Soldering Experience per MIL-STD-2000, IPC-610, IPC-620 and/or J-Std-001-Class 3
Ability to Read & Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, Traveler/Routers, Bills of Material & Wire Lists
Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions and be detailed oriented
Maintain a clean, safe well organized work-station through routine housekeeping
Familiarity with continuous-improvement techniques
Good eyesight and excellent finger dexterity
MIL-STD experience preferred
Occasional periods of high levels of physical exertion needed, this includes heavy lifting (50+ lb.)

Oversee the team members on the production lines
Oversee daily manufacturing operations
Report to the Production Manager
Ensure production goals are met efficiently and within quality standards
Ensure that supplies and equipment are available and utilized to perform production tasks effectively
Apply established criteria to resource management on production lines
Manage conflicts between the team members, lead disciplinary meetings, and recommend disciplinary measures to the HR
Provide measures to reduce the number of employees' absences
Provide measures to avoid incidents in the workplace
Work with HR to select personnel and provide evaluation for the new hires
