Senior Human Resources Manager
7+ years of progressive experience
3+ years of people leadership within the HR department
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Advanced degree or HR certification preferred
Significant HR leadership experience, ideally at a senior or director level
Strong understanding of employment law, compensation, benefits, and HR operations
Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments is a plus
Ability to travel periodically to other company locations
