Must have one (1) to three (3) years of project ADA Paratransit eligibility experience in a similar sized paratransit environment.
Experience managing fast paced environment.
Work location could be within City of Turlock or offsite
Where permissible under applicable state and local law, applicants may be subject to a pre-employment drug test and background check after receiving a conditional offer of employment.
Must be able to work independently and have strong customer service, written and verbal skills.
Knowledge of the contractual obligations is a must to perform this job correctly.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
Attend off-site meetings, which may require overnight travel
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs. during shift; ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.

Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives
2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
