Lead and support a team of Quality Inspectors
Coordinate inspection activities to support daily production schedules
Perform and review mechanical inspections using GD&T; and engineering drawings
Utilize inspection tools including CMM, vision systems, height gages, calipers, and other precision tools
Support MRB activities, nonconformance tracking, and supplier quality issues
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and industry standards
Experience in manufacturing quality inspection
Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with CMM inspection and GD &T; interpretation
Familiar with MRB processes and quality documentation
Strong communication and leadership skills
