Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Management, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of manufacturing experience within a machining, repair, or precision manufacturing environment.
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of machining operations including CNC machining, manual machining, tooling, workholding, and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions that improve performance.
Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
Experience with ERP systems, production scheduling, and manufacturing performance metrics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in reading technical drawings.
Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, and Visual Management.
Ability to work throughout a manufacturing facility for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely navigate manufacturing equipment and production areas.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Ability to perform assembly tasks according to SOPs
Ability to handle raw materials, components, and finished products safely

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
