High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant work experience are required for this position.
The ability to demonstrate printed circuit board assembly experience to include soldering of surface mount, through-hole, and wire technology.
U.S. Citizenship required as well as the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contractors.
Complete IPC certification within 3 months of hire (training will be provided), or have current certification.
Must be organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work independently, under minimal supervision.
The ability to use numerous types of equipment and assembly tools, including microscopes, soldering irons, tweezers, calipers, picks, scalpels, hot plates, epoxies, etc.
Must be able to sit at a microscope for extended periods.
Must be able to work closely with designers, engineers and quality personnel.
Basic computer skills are required.

Proven ability to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with whole numbers, fractions, proportions, and decimals.
Solid understanding and experience using various measuring instruments to meet drawing dimensions and specifications.
