Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business or equivalent experience
5+ years in construction management, facilities management, or related field with focus on post-construction quality assurance
Strong project management and problem-solving skills, root cause analysis experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with project management tools and software (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, PlanGrid/ACC, Bluebeam)
Independent worker with effective time management skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Willing to travel up to 40% of the time
