Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing preferred
Strong communication skills, Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
At least 5 year of E-commerce experience, food industry preferred
Hands-on experience with D2C or e-commerce operations, preferably building or managing online stores
Strong understanding of e-commerce sales, pricing strategy, and cost structure (COGS, shipping, platform fees, margins)
Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment processes
Experience with platforms such as Shopify, instacart, or similar is preferred
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned sales territory domestically and/or internationally as needed
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.
Onsite 5 days a week, Monday - Friday

Pay range: $100,000 - $120,000/ year, plus up to 20% performance bonus
