OSHA 30 Certification
Minimum of 5-10 years of commercial construction experience with a proven track record in a lead capacity
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required; equivalent field experience considered
Demonstrated expertise in managing heavy civil or underground utility projects within industrial environments
Advanced proficiency in interpreting complex construction drawings, contracts, and general conditions
Ability to work onsite in Sterling, VA, with a willingness to travel for project assignments as needed
Familiarity with construction accounting systems (Spectrum, Viewpoint, Foundation, or similar)
Exceptional time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize numerous high-stakes projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to project sites
