Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Proven experience in industrial maintenance leadership
Strong project management and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership and team-building ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with TPM and Lean Manufacturing preferred
Working knowledge of food manufacturing and GMP standards
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
PLC troubleshooting using program logic (programming not required)
Electrical schematic troubleshooting and circuit repair
Electrical drive programming and external input troubleshooting
Electrical motor troubleshooting and premature failure analysis
Sensor setup and troubleshooting
Experience fabricating food-safe polymers and metals
Knowledge of boilers, water treatment systems, piping (copper/stainless/carbon), pumps, valves, tanks, and mixers
Ability to identify faulty components and source correct replacements
Experience leading maintenance in a manufacturing environment
Schedule: Monday - Friday; Weekend overtime as needed
Availability for weekend and off-shift coverage as needed
Must work on-site in Donora, PA (addressed by location in description)
