Follow written work instructions, diagrams, and process documentation
Perform basic to intermediate assembly tasks, including: General part and component assembly; Circuit board assembly; Hand soldering (for qualified candidates)
Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and written directions
Comfort working with small parts in a precision environment is a plus
Prior experience with circuit board assembly, hand soldering, reading technical drawings or work instructions or related experience also helpful
