Must be able to read, speak and understand English

Team player - must be able to report to assigned shift knowing that co-workers depend on their attendance to meet goals
Physically perform work - standing/moving for the entire shift, reasonable bending and twisting, sorting and packing
Must be able to pass a drug test and be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred but not required

Proficient with 480V and 208V 3-phase electrical systems, including safe troubleshooting and repairs.
Skilled in diagnosing and maintaining 24V control and safety circuits.
Capable of advanced PLC troubleshooting, including ladder logic interpretation and I/O diagnostics.
Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting abilities, including motors, VFDs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Able to read, interpret, and update electrical schematics and mechanical drawingswhile following NEC and OSHA standards.
Experience in a manufacturing environment
